Oakville, Canada Moore Chiropractic Centre Full time

Permanent opportunity available in a fast paced, trusted chiropractic practice located in Oakville. No medical experience required. Customer service industry experience is an asset. Position includes an upbeat, energetic work environment, and requires someone with exceptional people skills.

20-30 hours per week. Additional hours may be required for administration work (outside of the posted times below) but will fluctuate from week to week. We need someone who has some flexibility.
- What the hours may look like_:
Monday 8:30AM - 12:00PM, 2:00PM - 7:00 PM

Tuesday 8:30AM - 12:00PM, 2:30PM - 5:30 PM

Thursday 8:30AM - 12:00PM, 2:00PM - 7:00 PM

Friday 8:30AM- 12:00PM

*$20/hr to start. Pay rate increases, dependent on attained skill level and experience, and length of employment with our team.

ASSETS REQUIRED: High energy, Outgoing personality, organizational skills, very strong computer and phone skills, quick-learner, excellent memory, great work ethic, punctuality and flexibility a must. Ability to follow detailed instructions and multi-task in a busy office. Excellent communication skills.

Must have a huge HEART Customer service is a must

Duties: Front desk reception, helping patients through the office, processing payments, scheduling appointments, assisting the doctor in clinical procedures, keeping the office organized and professional. Must be comfortable with computers, technology, babies and young children.

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
