About Wild Flour Pizza Co

Wild Flour Pizza Co is a sourdough pizza shop that opened in April 2022. Our second location opened in Langley May 2024 and we are looking to continue growing across Metro Vancouver. Our focus is serving consistent and delicious pizzas built on a house-made sourdough crust. We take a lot of care in everything we do, from prepping most of our ingredients from-scratch in-house, to actually preparing and cooking the pizzas.

We are looking to hire a full-time team member.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for pizza cooks with customer service skills to be a part of this new and exciting pizza concept. Experience is an asset but we can teach anyone with an openness to learn, a positive attitude and can thrive in fast-paced environments. We value applicants who understands a strong sense of urgency, while maintaining a lot of care and focus in their work. We have a small tight-knit team and are looking for applicants who will thrive in a busy food service environment.

We value a positive and constructive kitchen culture where mistakes are opportunities to learn. There is a lot of room to move up in responsibility if you desire and possibly become a shift lead/opener/closer in a few months.

What We're Offering:

- Become a part of a new and exciting concept serving high quality sourdough pizzas
- 35-40 hours/week for full-time
- Opportunities to advance in the company
- Starting hourly wage between $17.40/hr - $21/hr depending on experience
- Additional tip share paid biweekly at $2-4 per hour of time worked

**Duties**:

- Prepare pizza dough by stretching and shaping it into the desired size
- Add toppings and ingredients to create a variety of pizzas
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment to cook pizzas to perfection
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked evenly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Take Customer’s orders in person and over phone
- Accept orders through delivery Apps and manage order preparation times

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
