Wild Flour Pizza, a sourdough pizza shop, is seeking a talented and motivated Chef/Store Manager to lead our team If you're passionate about artisan pizza, have leadership experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily kitchen and front-of-house operations.
- Manage food preparation, ensuring top-quality ingredients and presentation.
- Lead and mentor staff, creating a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and budget control.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as a chef and store manager in a fast-casual or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for quality food, particularly pizza and sourdough.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
