**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of the HR department.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
- Utilize HR software such as Ceridian Dayforce for efficient human resources management.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR services and employee satisfaction.
- Present HR metrics and reports to senior management to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in human resources.
- Manage labour relations with unions.
- Oversee the payroll process of the company.
- Other duties as required.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on supervising teams.
- Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and program management.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Ceridian Dayforce is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements within an HR context.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
