Job Overview:
If you’re an entrepreneur looking to fast track your career with a growing group of companies, this is the position for you. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Chief of Staff.

As the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the executive team, overseeing day-to-day key tasks, and driving initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on critical business matters
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of key milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Prepare reports, presentations, take notes and other materials for executive meetings
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments and stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes
- Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Demonstrated experience in business development strategies and implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
