**What You’ll Do**:

- Actively manage and own the eCommerce platform and content, product merchandising, user interactions and experience, and continued improvements.
- Maintain a consolidated eCommerce calendar and ensure the most important initiatives and programs are executed continuously improved through effective management of quality, timeliness, partners, financials, processes, and tools
- Manage promotional campaigns (i.e. sales promotions) and collaborate with internal teams.
- Drive eCommerce growth strategy by defining market opportunities, building expansion plans for localization, and managing the rollout of our expansion
- Work with the inventory and purchasing team to build inventory plans supporting our growth and item-level demand.
- Manage eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Buy on Google) and identify other opportunities and affiliates
- Collaborate with external partners to drive revenue via paid channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Collaborate with internal and external developers, copywriters, and designers to improve our website's usability and conversion rate.
- Manage, mentor and develop a team for future growth within the department and organization.
- Strong working knowledge of site analytics (GA4 preferred) and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Data Studio).

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor of Business, eCommerce or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience overseeing eCommerce business
- 2+ years leading a team
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
