**About the Position**

Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customers with product and service information, processing customer orders and resolving any product and/or service problems.

**A Day in the Life**
- Dealing with product or service problems and finding a solution
- Communicating with Territory Sales Managers on customer orders and inquiries, product availability and new account referrals
- Receiving and processing product orders
- Processing credit card transactions and completing invoicing tasks.
- Troubleshooting product issues (including defective products and warranty issues)
- Filing of paperwork
- Updating and maintaining Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) database
- Tracking of customer packages by liaising appropriate courier company

**Your Qualifications**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French is extremely important in this role as you will be in communication with customers across Canada.
- 1-2 + years customer service experience.
- Strategic thinker with experience using MS Office and Sage an asset.
- A positive and professional demeanour with the ability to effectively liaise with all members of the Mothers Choice Products team.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems with a high level of personal integrity.
- Committed to providing superior customer service.
- Excellent time management, follow up, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
