Customer Service Representative

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Lines Team. Initially, this will be a junior role in Commercial Lines as this role straddles both Personal and Commercial Lines, and, ultimately, transition fully to Commercial Lines. Extensive experience is required in Personal Lines and exposure in Commercial Lines.
**Duties**
- Provide outstanding service and recommend products to clients
- Respond and process new business and endorsements
- Manage renewals by reviewing and remarket as needed
- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from Insurers
- Maintain accurate records and digital documents for all transactions
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support for producers
- Prioritize duties effectively and proactively
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as a CSR
**Requirements**:
- Level 2 General Insurance Licence
- Minimum 3 years of insurance experience and 1 year Commercial Lines
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Applied Rating Service and ATOMS as asset
- Good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Team player with strong work ethic
Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
