**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in medical field
- Experience in performing laser treatments is an asset but not required
- Experience with an EMR system (Jane) is an asset but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills, warm personality, and excellent communication skills

- Experience with social media platforms and marketing is an asset
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays if needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-rate service to cosmetic patients
- Prepare patients for treatments: Botox drawn up, medical supplies laid out, face cleansed, photos, consent, topical numbing if needed, and go over post procedure care
- Ensure the smooth operation of the cosmetic side of the clinic
- Work closely with cosmetic doctors to optimize scheduling and assist with treatments
- Interact with patients to create a welcoming environment and build long-term relationships
- Quote patients for procedures, cosmetic services, and skincare
- Prepare patients and rooms for cosmetic treatments
- Schedule and confirm cosmetic consultations and laser procedure appointments
- Explain and assist with cosmetic consent forms
- Provide post-care instructions and answer patient questions
- Follow up with consultation leads to ensure appointments are not lost
- Manage and handle private payments
- Manage skincare and cosmetic product inventory, including tracking, ordering, and reporting on sales
- Stay updated on medical-grade skincare products and clinic services
- Follow clinic policies and procedures
- Participate in cosmetic team meetings
- Keep patient information confidential and secure
- Assist in social media and marketing strategy

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour plus commision
