This role is in succession for the MSP Regional Director or MSP Lead Training role.

Reports Into: Regional Director

Partners With: Doctors

Primary Direct Reports: Medical Spa Supervisors, Nurses

Secondary Direct Reports: Medical Aesthetician, Consultants, Receptionists

**Responsibilities**:

- The ongoing training and coaching of Team Members
- Execute the MSP Premiere Service Model
- Recruitment and selection of Team Members
- Client recovery both online and in person
- Works with Marketing Team Members on all digital channels and advertising
- Partner with the Medical Physicians to promote efficiencies and evolve the practice
- Work with Regional Director to obtain best practices and achieve sales targets
- P&L management and monthly reporting with the MSP Team
