Intelcom | Dragonfly has set itself an ambitious goal of being net zero carbon by 2040. The organization must deploy its decarbonization roadmap in all spheres of its activities to achieve this target. This involves the development and implementation of numerous operational programmes, the success of which will depend on the mobilisation of the various teams and partners. Many of our delivery partners have begun their transition and have purchased electric vehicles for their operations. We want to accelerate this transition by providing them with the appropriate levers.

The Decarbonization Programs Director will be responsible for developing and deploying the electrification program of the last mile delivery activities across the various markets served (Canada, Europe, Australia), in collaboration with delivery partners and the operational, marketing, sales and financial teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational programs to accelerate emissions reductions, including the electrification of delivery partners' fleets of light and medium vehicles
- Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure a smooth and rapid transition to electric vehicles
- Work closely with other units to support the rollout of the program and the integration of electrification into business and operational strategies
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure that electric vehicle constraints are taken into account in the planning of activities
- Acting as an expert in the field of fleet electrification and providing support to the various players in Intelcom's ecosystem | Dragonfly in the markets it serves
- Monitor and evaluate the various projects (schedule, budget, etc.)
- Keeping up with trends and innovations

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial fleet electrification and/or charging infrastructure deployment
- Experience in human resources management
- Experience in logistics, delivery, transportation or project management
- Knowledge of sustainable development practices and environmental issues (an asset).
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter and ability to proactively solve complex problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Bilingual French/English
- Availability to travel for meetings with collaborators, partners, and other engagements (10% of the time or more)
