Intelcom has set itself an ambitious goal of being net zero carbon by 2040. The organization must deploy its decarbonization roadmap in all spheres of its activities to achieve this target. This involves the development and implementation of numerous operational programmes, the success of which will depend on the mobilisation of the various teams and partners. The implementation of carbon-free delivery services by our delivery partners in the various cities served, in particular by trucks and electric cargo bikes, is one of our priorities.

The Decarbonization Programs Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of decarbonization programs across the different markets served (Canada, Europe, Australia). This person will be responsible for supporting the deployment of delivery activities by our delivery partners, in collaboration with the operational teams. She will monitor the various projects in the field and will ensure that pitfalls are anticipated in order to put in place the winning conditions required according to the operational contexts.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the decarbonization program in the different markets served
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of project activities.
- Rigorously monitor and evaluate the deployment of the various projects (schedule, budget, etc.).
- Identify and implement the necessary conditions for the success of operations according to the local contexts and the internal and external teams involved.
- Provide training and support to delivery partners as required.
- Analyze performance data and propose continuous improvements.
- Promote sustainability initiatives within the company and externally
- Track project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders and management

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, transportation or project management
- Experience in the deployment of last-mile decarbonization activities, including the transition of fleets to electric trucks and cargo bikes and good knowledge of the ecosystem (players, regulations, trends, etc.)
- Knowledge of sustainable development practices and environmental issues (an asset)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter and ability to proactively solve complex problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bilingual French/English
- Availability to travel for meetings with employees, partners and other commitments (10% )
