**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and driven **Marketing Coordinator** with **intermediate-level experience** in digital and traditional marketing. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on and enjoys managing day-to-day marketing tasks while building long-term strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow MC Dispatch’s **social media presence** (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and schedule **engaging content** (graphics, posts, newsletters, and campaigns).
- Update and optimize website content for branding, promotions, and SEO visibility.
- Assist with **marketing materials** such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Support promotional campaigns for key milestones (including our **50th anniversary in 2026**).
- Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of marketing experience (B2B, logistics, or service industry experience an asset).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Strong skills in content creation and basic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite an asset).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6B 3M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Very Fluent English (required)
