**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all front desk operations, including scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Handle phone calls and provide warm, friendly service to patients and staff
- Process payments and present treatment and financial obligations
- Follow up with patients and insurance companies regarding accounts receivables
- Utilize electronic dental records systems effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a dental office setting preferred
- Strong front desk and phone system management skills
- Knowledge of insurance coverages and breakdowns
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to create a positive experience for patients

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected hours: 40 per week
