This job is for YOU, if you have the ability to:

- Create genuine connections with our guests, making customer service a priority and their hotel experience memorable.
- Build a strong work relationship with all other departments.
- Database maintenance and programming.
- Attend and assist in organizing associate events.
- Completion of all administrative duties while meeting deadlines.
- Preparation of reports for morning sales meeting.
- Preparation of BEOs in absence of Catering Coordinator.
- Design and prepare sales promotions pieces including e-blasts.
- Sending post event thank you letters and correspondence.

Other Key Skills:

- Passionate about customer care.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.

Qualifications:

- Previous hotel experience would be considered an asset.
- Bilingualism considered an asset.
- Hospitality/Tourism/Business degree would be considered an asset.
