**Sales Coordinator**

With an inventory of 3,700 media assets in landmark locations across North America you will see us on Ottawa bus shelters, inside the Rideau Centre, at Yonge-Dundas Square, Times Square, the Las Vegas Strip, West Hollywood and more.

**About this role**:
Reporting to the Ottawa Sales Manger, the Sales Coordinator’s role is to streamline the team’s activities to maximize performance and create a concrete operational foundation.

**Is this the right fit for you? In this role, you will**:

- Take charge of administrative duties, including scheduling and sending out meeting reminders
- Assist with contract services including charting, scheduling, production, and campaign bookings
- Design Google & Spotzi maps, location lists, and open space reports
- Monitor and expedite advertising campaigns; communicate contract, artwork and production deadlines with clients and internal departments
- Liaise with client services, operations and production department to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of advertising campaigns
- Provide competitive intel and assist with prospect development
- Distribute proof of performance and/or campaign beauty shots
- Manage City of Ottawa campaign bookings and execution
- A team player with strong communication and customer service skills
- Well organized, a keen attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Driver’s license and vehicle required
- Bilingual (French) preferred
- Previous administrative experience is a bonus
- Graphic design skills an asset

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driver licence (required)
