**PMR** is looking for a **Customer Service Coordinator** to help manage and facilitate sales and operating procedures. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and be able to simultaneously perform multiple tasks for different teams. Ultimately, you will be a driving factor contributing to the growth of our company, acting as an essential extension of the Account Management team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow up on service requests and immediately resolve complaints ;
- Update internal databases with account information ;
- Track, monitor and be a direct liaison between logistics brokers and clients ;
- Identify and coordinate shipping methods and routes for new international accounts ;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and-post-sales service.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar function/customer service role ;
- Knowledge of transport laws and regulations (North American and International) - asset ;
- Bilingual (English - French or English - Spanish) ;
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) - essential ;
- Ability to create and maintain solid interpersonal relationships ;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
