**Purpose of Position**:
The Support Office Clerk is responsible for helping in the day-to-day clerical needs of Blueflower Sunrooms.

The position will include support for projects and a strong emphasis on quick books

**Key Job Functions**:

- Help in the day-to-day administrative operations.
- Update the daily log, and ensure requests are accounted for; track and push forward, ensuring accurate management of all product (including receipt and damage).
- Expense recording, customer invoicing and tracking, change order completion.
- File management of paper and computer customer files, manage the accuracy in the Buildertrend platform; assist with safety incidents and reporting, and supplier/database functions.
- Participate in managing incoming calls.
- Proactively participate in administrative process.
- Maintain appropriate documentation.
- Respond and assist with the resolution of technical issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.

**Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge Required**:

- Two or more years of customer service experience and office administration.
- Two or more years of experience with QuickBooks
- Exceptional computer skills and experience with web-based tools and software such as the Microsoft Office, Google, and Quickbooks.
- Preference given to experience with Buildertrend, construction management.
- Ability to be innovative and flexible, and to quickly and easily comprehend needs.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Highly organized with a great attention to detail, adaptable and a strong team player.
- The ability to work independently.
- Wage dependant on experience, full time, part time

**Conditions of Employment**:
