Dental Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental procedures and treatments
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in the dental field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling, billing, and record keeping
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 24 per week
