**Purpose Statement**:
The Customer & Digital Marketing Manager builds and drives the Canada/USC web ecosystem and customer engagement platforms to increase Rich’s online brand engagement, drive traffic and conversions, strengthen Rich’s brand awareness, and reach and influence customers. Creates and delivers digital Rich experience and actively advances user experience. Drives SEO and SEM to ensure Rich’s is rises to the top of search results in web and customer platforms. You will also interface and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing programs to life through collaboration with sales, product & culinary teams, agency partners, and third-party vendors.
This is a hybrid opportunity and this professional will have to live close to the Woodbridge ON office
**Key Accountabilities and Outcomes**:

**Website(s) and Digital Ecosystem**
- Supports the development and continuous improvement of Rich’s digital ecosystem including public website and Customer Engagement platform.
- Drives digital strategies & website maintenance and optimization.
- Responsible for USC websites: monitoring performance, developing/launching new features, and supporting integrated campaigns in alignment with the Director of Marketing and Digital team.
- Partners with the Director of Marketing to establish KPIs and reporting cadence for site performance.
- Supports development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including success measures.
- Collaborates with product marketing, customer marketing, global resources, IT and agency partners to create digital solutions including web landing, segment, product, and campaign pages...
- Supports keyword lists, SEO, and page tag copywriting that increases the rank of natural search result listings for Rich’s® websites
**Strategic Planning**
In alignment with Director of Marketing, participate in the development of segment and category strategies and plans including:
- Lead development of strategic plan for the segment
- Develop and execute the integrated marketing plan for the segment, support sales enablement
**Market Analysis**
- Measure and analyze financial impact of promotions and demand creation efforts
- Collaborate with product marketing to provide VOCC (Voice of Customer and Consumer) to support new product and Innovation initiatives for segment
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
- College degree in marketing or relevant field preferred, MBA desired.
- 5+ years marketing experience in developing and executing creative and successful marketing campaigns
- B2B digital and integrated marketing experience strongly preferred.
- B2B Web Marketing experience including SEO/SEM; website and landing page design; social media marketing; and the measurement, metrics, ROI of online programs, and CRM integration preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of and interest in online media; up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies preferred.
- Foodservice or CPG marketing experience, specifically in the food industry, preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of benefits and constraints of current internet technologies and basic knowledge of coding languages.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging entrepreneurial environment
- Solid written and verbal communication skills including solid presentation abilities.

- Demonstrated project management skills
- Solid software proficiency to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate to advanced level Excel and PowerPoint User), Salesforce strongly preferred
- Individual must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques; demonstrated passion for content, media, marketing, and social media
- Travel up to 20% as needed to local customers, trade shows or world headquarters in Buffalo NY #LI-RT1
