We customize services to the exact needs and locations of clients ensuring that solutions meet precise specifications, including floatel management, logistics, crew transfers, housekeeping, catering and the fulfillment of all HSE requirements.

**We are currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC. E**ssential job functions include, but are not limited to**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate computerized records/information/communication systems and carry out other IT based tasks
- Formatting documents per company branding policies
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Document control and file management relating to employees and projects
- Record and prepare meeting minutes and transcripts

**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 4 years relevant experience
- Vessel and Marine industry knowledge an asset
- Industrial project knowledge considered an asset
- Health & Safety knowledge is an asset
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and time-management skills
- Adapt to changing priorities while delivering successful results
