**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle phone systems and provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and vendors.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and vendor management.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
- Support team management by facilitating communication among departments.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and human resources functions is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in phone interactions.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
