**Responsibilities**:
As Cardio Health Clinic Outreach person you will be responsible for:

- Maintain operational readiness.
- Any fieldwork, including visiting family physician clinics.
- Scheduling of clinic days and staff, ensuring that technicians, cardiologists and clinic location are aware of all the details.
- Coordinating logistics of all operations, managing consumables and assets.
- Planning redundancies to ensure that all required equipment and personnel are available.
- Working very closely with cardiologists and primary physicians, nurturing a smooth working relationship with them and facilitating feedback regarding Cardio Health services.
- Conduct internal scheduling, ensuring integrity of patient information and company data.
- Manage requisitions, including receiving faxes and sending out reports.
- Uploading and assigning Holter readings to Holter technicians, transferring and assigning echo readings, check in patients on PACs.
- Dress in a smart and attractive manner.
- Develop testimonials & external Brand Ambassadors to help promote Cardio Health products & services.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Be highly adaptable, willing to learn and have excellent people skills.
- Big picture thinking and long-term career objectives are important.
- Be very comfortable in driving wherever and whenever required.
- Possess computer literacy including operational knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Be self-motivated, ability to work with authority and without supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication, multilingualism is an asset.
