Due to our exponential growth, we are looking for a permanent full-time Clinical Research Manager with extensive clinical trial management experience. **Duties**
- Lead clinical trial start-up work.
- Contract preparation in collaboration with our legal partners
- Budget preparation and negotiation
- Creating, improving and monitoring site source documentation
- Ethics and other regulatory submissions to Health Canada
- Routine invoicing based on the approved budget
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing all study-related activities such as initiating timely start-up, navigating strict eligibility criteria, and ensuring clean data is entered accurately and inline with monitoring requirements.
- **Requirements**

Degree in sciences field, preferably biomedical science, biology, biochemistry, health systems management, statistics
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical research experience required.
- Recent experience conducting clinical trials.
- Documented experience with regulatory and ethics submissions.
- Knowledge and ability to do budgeting and invoicing for studies that are ongoing.

Pay: $37.50-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 42 per week
