**ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, HEALTH**

This role is about more than just coordinating accounts; it's about understanding the project, your team, and the client, in order to provide them with support when needed most. You are a key pillar of the team to help ensure projects are following a timeline, uphold the standard of quality work we produce and that everyone has the right information and materials to succeed.
**Your day-to-day**:
- Receive and prepare briefs for the team, open dockets and keep all financial tracking documents up to date;
- Help manage and follow-up on projects (campaigns, social media, content production) under the supervision of an Advisor;
- Manage content updates for blogs, newsletters, and social media;
- Complete internal regulatory, PAAB and ASC submissions;
- Perform research on themes identified by Advisors and Strategists;
- Help define budgets and timelines for projects;
- Plan meetings internally and with clients, prepare documents for presentations;
- Ensure that timelines and work plans are respected and that all work is on time and on budget;
- Work closely with the Advisors, and follow-up with team members and freelancers on various projects;
- Work to improve efficiency, and optimize processes;
- Assist creative team with productions;
- Provide support to CloudRaker's teams and clients in order to achieve operational objectives.
**You have**:
- A background in marketing or a related field;
- Experience working with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry;
- Experience working on pharmaceutical healthcare marketing accounts accounts (1-2 years experience required)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory bodies and their processes (PAAB, ASC, notably)
- Excellent proficiency in English communication and a decent level of fluency in French;
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and know how to prioritize;
- A passion for staying informed about web, mobile, digital and traditional media trends;
- Knowledge about Google Analytics and working with a CMS (nice-to-have) ;

**COORDONNATEUR(TRICE) DE COMPTES - PHARMACEUTIQUES**
Le poste implique beaucoup plus que de la coordination de comptes; il s'agit surtout de comprendre les projets, l'équipe et nos clients afin de leur apporter l'aide dont ils ont véritablement besoin.
Cette personne doit avoir plusieurs cordes à son arc: savoir naviguer dans le monde pharmaceutique ; aider son équipe à trouver des solutions créatives dans le respect des régulations CCPP et NCP ; le tout en gérant divers projets 360 pour nos clients.

**Votre quotidien**:
- Recevoir et préparer les briefs pour l'équipe, ouvrir les registres et tenir à jour les documents de suivi financier.
- Aider au suivi et à la gestion de projets (campagnes, médias sociaux et production de contenu) sous la supervision de conseillers.
- Gérer la mise à jour de contenu pour des blogues, infolettres et médias sociaux.
- Compléter les soumissions réglementaires internes, CCPP et ASC.
- Faire de la recherche sur des thèmes identifiés par les équipes de conseil et/ou de stratégie.
- Aider à définir et élaborer des budgets et échéanciers pour les projets.
- Planifier les rencontres internes et avec les clients, et préparer des documents de présentation.
- S'assurer que les plans de travail et les échéanciers sont respectés et que tous les travaux soient réalisés dans les délais et dans les limites du budget.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les conseillers et faire le suivi avec les différents intervenants internes et externes.
- Soutenir les équipes et collaborer avec elles afin d'améliorer l'efficacité des comptes et optimiser les processus.
- Soutenir l'équipe créative à la production.
- Offrir du support à tous les niveaux afin que CloudRaker et ses clients actuels et potentiels atteignent leurs objectifs.
**Vous avez**:
- Une formation pertinente en marketing, pharmaceutique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- De l'expérience avec des comptes pharmaceutiques en agence (1-2 ans requis)
- Des connaissances à propos de la réglementation au niveau des produits pharmaceutiques (CCP, ASC, etc).
- Une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
