Do you love creating engaging social media content? Are you skilled at turning everyday moments into eye-catching posts that build community? If so, we’d love to meet you.

We’re The Fenton Group - one of Vancouver Island’s leading real estate brands - and we’re looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator to help us bring our story to life online.

This is an in-person role based at our Port Alberni office, with set weekly hours. You’ll be a key part of our marketing group, creating scroll-stopping content that builds connection and community.

**What You’ll Do**
- Create and manage a social media calendar focused on behind-the-scenes moments, team culture, and useful real estate insights.
- Design, edit, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using tools like Canva, Descript, and the Adobe Suite.
- Turn existing assets (photos, videos, blogs, listings) into fresh social posts that feel thoughtful, not recycled.
- Pitch and produce new educational content ideas in collaboration with our group.
- Respond to comments and DMs in our brand voice - warm, professional, and human.
- Track light analytics and help us spot what’s working (and what’s worth adjusting).
- Keep an eye on what’s trending - and what fits our voice.

**What You Bring**
- A solid grasp of Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok content (portfolio or examples required).
- Design and video editing skills (Canva, Descript, Adobe - or similar).
- A sharp eye for everyday visuals that tell a story.
- Confidence in managing community engagement - we care about our people, and you should too.
- Reliability, organization, and a love of structure (we’re all about consistency).
- Bonus if you know the real estate space - or are curious to learn.

**What We Offer**
- 20 hours/week, in-person at set times.
- $24-28/hour, based on experience.
