As a Public Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our company's reputation by implementing effective communication strategies. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with company objectives
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage
- Write and edit press releases, speeches, and other communication materials to effectively convey key messages
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for proactive outreach
- Coordinate and oversee the organization of press events, including product launches and media tours
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify newsworthy stories and maintain a steady flow of information
- Act as a spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries and interviews

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience working in public relations, either in-house or agency environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations calmly and effectively
- Proficient in using PR software tools, such as Cision and Meltwater
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing social media campaigns

**Salary**: $48,888.03-$113,563.77 per year
