**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
- Provide top notch customer experience.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues.

- Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in an office environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
