As a project administrator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers in the delivery of projects for business clients. You will also assist them in planning, monitoring and controlling schedules, budgets and resources within the scope of their projects.
- Follow up on projects and with suppliers;
- Collaborate with the project manager in the planning, organization, and monitoring of projects, schedules and costs;
- Maintain project schedules;
- Ensure the monitoring of activities;
- Support team members;
- Provide recommendations.

Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Administration or a related field;
- Minimum of three years of experience in a project coordinator role;
- Experience with, or knowledge of, MS Project;
- Experience with SAP (an asset);
- Bilingualism in French and English is required;
- Communication with teams in both French and English. Level expected:
