**Job description**

We are looking for a competent professional who can grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas to influence target market actions through relevant digital messaging. The goal of this role is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help develop the reputation and growth of our various clientele by displaying technical expertise in solving customer problems. This person will also oversee the technical implementation and troubleshooting of database marketing, scaling lead generation, customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies by designing and executing segmentation and content personalization strategies.
- Work closely with copywriter and content developers and send graphics requests to the designers

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media and Communication, creative writing or any applicable field.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience in marketing data analytics and tools and a solid understanding of list management and segmentation.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (traditional and digital) and marketing research methods.
- Exceptional persuasive written communication skills and ability to write for different platforms and audiences.
- Solid computer skills and knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Ability to effectively communicate with other team members and comfortable in collaborating and monitoring them while managing independent tasks and deadlines.
- Strong desire to learn and grow - learning doesn’t stop when school ends, we are big believers in continuing to take courses and workshops to grow.

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
