310-DUMP is looking for a highly organized and experienced **Waste & Recycling Manager** for our Edmonton area with a commitment to providing five-star service with every client interaction to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of our waste and recycling operations, including overseeing drivers, handling customer complaints and issues, scheduling and coordinating pickups and deliveries, managing truck's maintenance and repairs, training new employees.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 5+ years' management experience
- Experience in waste and recycling management (as asset)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven
- Ambitious
- Valid class 3 driver's license with air brakes and clean driving record (as asset)
