**THE ROLE** - Office Cleaner / Assistant**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Cleaning Duties:_**
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: all common areas such as washrooms, boardrooms, kitchen, halls, vestibule
- Floor Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Waste Collection and Disposal: Emptying trash and recycling bins. Measuring and emptying compost bins
- Dusting and Surface Cleaning: Dusting furniture, wiping down surfaces, baseboards
- Restocking Supplies: Replenishing supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Ensuring supplies do not run out. Putting away weekly consumables order
- Outdoor Space: Clean back patio including cushions etc., daily walk outside to ensure space is clear of garbage
- Report any damage or upkeep required

**_Administrative / Assistant Duties:_**
- Restock office supplies (e.g., paper, pens, coffee)
- Set up meeting rooms (e.g., arrange chairs, tidying before and after meetings)
- Run occasional errands or assist with minor clerical tasks

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Work type**: Part-time, permanent (25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 12pm-5pm)**:
