The Campus Director at CCAB College is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our private post-secondary campus, ensuring that all programs align with the institution’s mission, EQA/PTIRU standards and BC’s Private Post-Secondary Education Act. In this leadership role you’ll manage staff, direct budgets, safeguard regulatory compliance and cultivate a positive, hands-on learning environment for students. You will also serve as a key representative to students, faculty and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- **Lead & Manage Operations**: Oversee daily campus functions—Academic, Student Services and Administration —to meet EQA and PTIRU requirements.
- **Budgeting & Resource Allocation**: Develop and manage the campus budget, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve educational goals.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Maintain PTIRU program approvals, tuition-refund processes and data submissions; display registration certificates per the Private Post-Secondary Education Act.
- **Privacy & Security**: Ensure PIPA-compliant practices for all student and financial data.
- **Curriculum & Quality**: Partner with Academic Affairs to launch new programs, support accreditation audits and drive continuous improvement cycles.
- **Community Engagement**: Build partnerships with industry, community and prospective students to promote CCAB’s offerings.
- **Performance & Culture**: Conduct regular campus performance assessments, mentor staff on best practices, and foster an inclusive, engaging culture.
- **Safety & Environment**: Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations to maintain a secure campus.
- **Cross-Campus Collaboration**: Assist with special projects and initiatives across the college as requested by management.

What You’ll Bring

**Required**:

- Master’s degree in Education Administration or related field.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in a BC private post-secondary institution.
- Deep understanding of EQA, PTIRU policy requirements and the Private Post-Secondary Education Act.
- Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, data-driven decision-making and team leadership.
- Strong communication skills—able to engage staff, students and external partners.
- Provide a clear vulnerable-sector criminal record check.
- Complete **PIPA Foundations** (OIPC BC Webinar 1 - 10 Basic Obligations under PIPA; ~60 mins) by your first day of work.

**Desirable**:

- PMP, change-management or compliance certification.
- Track record of campus growth, accreditation success or new-program launches.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
