**Marketing & Promotions Coordinator**:

- Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Start) - Greenwood Mall, Greenwood, Nova Scotia_

Greenwood Mall is seeking a creative, community-minded professional to lead our marketing, promotions, and communications initiatives — with the potential to grow into a Marketing Director position overseeing broader mall operations, tenant relations, and leasing support.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing & Promotions**
- Plan and manage mall marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Lead social media content creation, engagement, and growth.
- Coordinate with tenants to promote store-level events and sales.
- Oversee mall branding, advertising, and signage in coordination with management.
- Track and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

**Community & Networking**
- Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, and media.
- Strengthen community awareness and engagement with Greenwood Mall.

**Mall Operations & Administration**
- Manage the Mall Office and respond to merchant and customer inquiries.
- Oversee amenities, décor, and general administrative functions.
- Track sales and assist with rent collection.

**Tenant Relations & Leasing Support**
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants.
- Assist with lease renewals, extensions, and vendor agreements.
- Prepare marketing and leasing materials.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Experience with social media management, event coordination, or retail marketing.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a community-oriented setting.
- Experience in retail property management or leasing is an asset but not required.

**Pay**

To commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
