**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Under the direction of the Production Director, the Production Manager provides support for daily tasks and the management of production staff. He plays a crucial role as a leader in ensuring a healthy work environment while meeting deadlines..
More specifically, the Production Manager is responsible for:
- Coordinate daily production activities and ensure compliance with the schedule;
- Write the documentations related to daily productions;
- Supervise and mobilize the work of all production employees to ensure a motivated and efficient team;
- Give stimulating challenges to all employees, put in place actions to promote the integration and retention of staff with its team;
- Ensure a safe work environment, compliance with health and safety rules, and reduce the waste of resources;
- Develop and implement programs, standards and procedures aimed at maximizing production potential, manpower and equipment, in order to achieve production goals;
- Create a culture of excellence with his teams and the continuous development of skills
- Analyze, create certain reports in order to meet the future needs of the production team;
- Other related tasks team
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and support the production manager in sound personnel management (attendance, conflict management, disciplinary measures, etc.);
- Ability to resolve conflicts and adaptability to change;
- Relevant experience in personnel management (2-3 years);
- Factory and/or manufacturing field experience
- Lighting experience, an asset;
