**Production Supervisor (weekends)**:
**Main Functions**:
We are seeking a Weekend Production Supervisor for a yeast production facility, responsible for the packaging operations of fresh and dry yeast as well as the drying department.

Main Functions

This role includes:

- Managing all activities during the day shift Saturdays and Sundays.
- Following production programs based on customer needs.
- Organizing team workloads, supervising packaging line employees.
- Optimizing productivity and product quality.
- Coordinating raw material orders, and ensuring compliance with all operational and sanitation standards.

**Technical skills**:
Required
- College diploma in operations management or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Warehouse operations skills, including shipping, receiving, and inventory counts.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.

An asset
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

**Personal abilities**:
Required
- Strong leadership focused on team mobilization and communication.
- Ability to solve operational issues in real time and make effective decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
