**Your job as a Billing Manager**:
We are seeking a Billing Manager to oversee and manage our billing process, ensure invoice accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Billing Management: Prepare, verify, and issue invoices.
- Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and resolve billing errors.
- Coordination: Collaborate with sales and finance teams.
- Dispute Management: Handle and resolve billing-related claims.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on billing status and receivables.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting and tax regulations.
- Administrative Support - to support administrative functions such as reporting and maintaining CRM information

**Your talent as a Billing Manager**:
**You have**:

- A degree in Accounting or Finance,
- At least 3 years’ experience in billing management,
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Experience with hiring, training, an R&D s

- Organized, rigorous, and proactive,
- Perfectly Bilingual (EN/FR)
- Synthetic and Methodical
- Problem solving oriented
