**Take your ambitions to the next level**:

- Manage the monthly fee billing based on time sheets and project managers’ information (project accounting as well as time and material billing);
- Validate the accuracy of the information required for billing and revenue recognition for various types of projects pertaining to the assigned clients or business unit;
- Participate in tasks related to the monthly closing (monitoring of work in progress and reported revenue, journal entries and various balance sheet reconciliations);
- Reconcile billable hours for each consultant between the different systems and follow up on discrepancies;
- Ensure the receipt, validation and entry of consultants’ invoices;
- Ensure good communication with the sales department and the various project managers;
- Process and invoice rechargeable expense accounts to clients;
- Follow up on accounts receivable;
- Work in collaboration with the controller to support audit requests and various analyses.

**When it just clicks**:
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with one to three years of experience in a similar position, or a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in accounting or equivalent with five to seven years in a similar position;
- Experience in the service industry;
- Thoroughness and organizational skills to handle large volumes of invoices and data while respecting tight deadlines;
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of the Oracle system (asset).

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, particularly to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec (mainly in the United States), to communicate on a daily basis with clients outside of Quebec and to read and understand documentation.
