We are among the top 20% being declared "Best" of our industry based on six critical factors that are important to employee wellbeing, like quality of pay, benefits, work life balance and more. **ABOUT THIS ROLE**: - Follow established process to create invoices - Manage questions from clients related to their products and invoices - Maintain client product information to ensure that billing data is current and accurate - Download monthly billing reports, verify amounts and create billing files to upload to the accounting system - Create and verify manual invoices throughout the month - Manage large volume of data **ABOUT YOU**: - Reside in Canada - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance - Rigor and methodology - Advance knowledge and experience using Excel including managing large data sets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups ) - Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability toward problem solving - Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Autonomous - Good team player - Knowledge of Sage 50, Quickbooks or other accounting software - Bilingual (French and English) - Highly computer literate - Some travel **Preferred**: - Knowledge of the automotive industry - Knowledge of digital advertising/marketing **#LI-SY #LI-REMOTE**: **Our Comprehensive Benefits Package includes**: - Medical, Paramedical & Dental Healthcare Plans - New Hire Stipend for Home Office Set-Up - Generous PTO - Paid holidays - We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
