**Position Details**:
**What You Will Do**
- Conduct field investigations including taking statements, conducting scene investigations, and neighborhood canvasses. Collaborate with the lead adjuster, different vendors and experts to contemplate vehicle inspections, EUO and investigative steps towards resolution of investigative file
- Evaluate liability, and subrogation exposures and potential
- Provide direct reports to Leadership for Denied Claims and possible escalated situations in a concise and timely manner
- Assist with investigative services reporting as required and developed
- Present at the Fraud Committee meeting with findings and recommendations
- Review and analyze initial losses to ensure file meets assignment criteria
- Set appointments to meet with insureds and other parties as a CAA representative; demonstrating CAA core values and providing premiere customer service
- Contact and coordinate all parties involved in the initial stages of a loss and throughout the claim process. This includes other vendors and experts whereby assignment, instructions, budgets and direct reporting is provided

**Who You Are**
- Post-secondary education
- CIP designation or working towards
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the similar role with knowledge of PD/Property and Casualty claims
- Completion of or willingness to obtain the following license/certification/courses: Private Investigator License, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification, Fire Investigation and/or ICAR courses
- Law enforcement knowledge
- Experience with conducting OSINT research
- Excellent customer service experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong negotiations and analytical skills
