Regina, Canada Kova Engineering (Saskatchewan) Ltd. Full time

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to assist with new and ongoing inspection projects. The ServiceCoordin ator works closely with customers and team members to ensure that all project deliverables are met including safety, scope, cost, and schedule. Under the guidance of the Director of Inspection, the Service Coordinator schedules Inspectors, manages inspection resources, and establishes and executes effective project communication plans with team members and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate inspection projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget
- Plan and prepare inspection schedules and work plans, communicate schedule and work plans to Inspectors, and monitor progress against schedule
- Coordinate inspection resources needed for projects including equipment, vehicles, tools, and PPE
- Provide customers with project updates
- Prepare and submit inspection project quotes for manager approval
- Coordinate management sign off, revision, and provision of supporting documents for contracts and agreements with customers
- Assist Director of Inspection with implementation and auditing of quality control programs
- Participate in company and customer safety programs

**Required Qualifications**:
Education
- Diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field

Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating and scheduling inspection projects or projects in a related industry

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of cranes, lifting equipment, or heavy equipment
