Role Overview:
Join us as a Full Time In-House Customer Service Representative and become a cornerstone of our customer service team. A background in drapery hardware isn't necessary, but an earnest desire to learn and adapt is crucial. With a client base comprising respected businesses, interior designers, and resource centers, we seek professionals adept at handling custom orders and complex customer interactions with finesse.

**Job Description**:

- Extend sales and service support to our esteemed clientele.
- Prepare meticulous and comprehensive quotations, including custom work orders.
- Utilize mathematical skills to ensure accuracy in all numerical calculations and cost estimations.
- Tactfully manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Undertake general office duties as necessitated by the role.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Eagerness to immerse in and learn about drapery hardware and associated products.
- Proficiency in basic math skills to handle pricing, measurements, and calculations effectively.
- Efficiency and poise in a fast-paced work setting.
- Stellar interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.

Salary is commensurate with experience along with a benefits plan.
