- _Maintain records of goods ordered and received_
- _Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales_
- _Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment_
- _Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs_
- _Administer on-line purchasing systems_
- _Other duties as required._

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- _BS degree _
- _No experience (learning with our manager) _
- _Accomplished skills in negotiation and networking _
- _High attention to detail & accuracy _
- _Sound analytical thinking, planning, organization, prioritization, and execution skills _
- _Intermediate level Excel skills _
