**Accounts Receivable Coordinator**

**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor and release “shipment hold/notification” screen within authorized limits. Escalate shipments exceeding authorized limits to the Manager.
- Enlist the efforts of the operations and collections teams when necessary to accelerate the timely release of shipments
- Maintain compliance with required internal controls and departmental procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts in collections tool
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.

**WORK EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED**:
