**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a reliable General Labourer to help maintain and organize our busy construction rental yard. This is a physical, outdoor job where you'll assist with equipment handling, yard upkeep, and general labour tasks to support the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Yard Maintenance: Keep the yard clean and organized.
- Equipment Handling: Load and unload construction equipment.
- Equipment Prep: Stage and prepare orders for shipping.
- Basic Maintenance: Perform simple maintenance tasks like cleaning equipment.
- Inventory Support: Assist with tracking and organizing rental items.
- Customer Service: Help customers by preparing their rental equipment and answering questions.
- Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards.

**Qualifications**:

- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Certificates: A valid forklift operator license is preferred but not required.
- Experience: Previous labour or construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Team Player: Able to work well with others and follow instructions.
- Safety Minded: Knowledge of basic safety rules.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Safety boots, and hard hat mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish an asset
