**Who we are**

**Positions Available**:

- General Labourers: Assist with various manual tasks, debris removal, and support the restoration team as needed.
- Skilled Trades (e.g., Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers): Utilize your specialized skills to repair and restore damaged structures and systems.
- Technicians (e.g., Water Damage Technicians, Mold Remediation Technicians): Lead or assist in the restoration process, employing industry-specific techniques.
- Content Cleaners
- Packers
- First Aid Attendants
- Demo Labourers

**Job Overview**:
As an On-Call Emergency Restoration Team Member, you will be an essential asset in our company's response to emergencies and disasters. Join our team, and be part of a pool of talented professionals who are available on an on-call basis to swiftly and efficiently address restoration needs. These positions are ideal for individuals seeking flexible work hours and are willing to be on standby for immediate deployment to various restoration sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to emergency calls and be prepared to work on short notice.
- Assist in restoration tasks according to the specific position (General Labour, Skilled Trades, or Technician).
- Collaborate with other team members to complete restoration projects efficiently.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders, clients, and management to provide updates on job progress.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in emergency restoration or related fields is advantageous, but not mandatory (specific requirements vary based on position).
- A willingness to learn and adapt to different restoration techniques and industry best practices.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites promptly.
- Availability for on-call shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
