**Purpose of the Position**:The primary role of the Caretaker(s) is maintaining the building, daycare and grounds as well as providing caretaking support for our evening and weekend events.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the building, daycare, and grounds are clean and safe at all times
- Set-up for and clean up after events
- Performing light to medium physical duties and being able to lift larger loads

**Experience Required**:

- Passionate about caring for our building.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with staff
- Organizational skills and ability to follow-through on tasks/feedback
- Self-starter
- Flexibility to work additional shifts to provide caretaking support for special events and services

**Terms**:

- **F**ull-time - Monday -Friday (8 hour shift). Part-time Saturday (4 hour shift) working additional shifts for special services and events
