**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our Tactical Garments & Gear.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with market trends and customer needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress towards sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the tactical sector
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity CRM software is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to represent Fundy Tactical at shows, events, & training sessions for both retail and agency sales
- Work in coordination with retail and fulfillment operations in Dartmouth & Moncton
