Sales Field Representative

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals within assigned territories.
- Manage existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize market penetration.
- Utilize CRM software, Jobber, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Engage in cold calling efforts to identify new prospects and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is essential.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Experience in direct sales, territory sales, or inside sales is a plus.
- A background in retail sales or marketing can be beneficial but is not required.
