**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our products.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in account management and business development strategies.
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
Pay: $37,734.69-$94,813.52 per year
